The video was shot in Terschelling in The Netherlands and yet, when I first saw it, I was convinced that it was filmed in the vast, windswept sand dunes of Braunton Burrows on the North Devon coast in England. So, I had layered over this real place, like tracing paper, a place from my memory, from my childhood. Somehow, this gave the lyrics of the song ‘In Your Room’, an even greater resonance.
In the final frames, I also love the artistry of the light bulb, hanging over the scene like the moon!
